2006
As a result of their success, the demand was increasing. But the production was only limited to businesses and schools in the region due to their capacity of production.
TODAY
Smiling Baker 's team has consequently grown and our waffles are sold in about 20 countries and mainly large food chains.
The turnover amounts to
6 000 000 €.
1928
In 1928, the Joiris family created the family company. Their goal was to make the best possible waffles for all waffle lovers in Liège.
2015
The family company was bought out. The new owner decided to invest heavily in order to produce more and answer greater demand while still keeping the original recipe and quality.
